    I'm up here in Wisconsin, and I recommend Pejman heads up to Milwaukee if he wants to see a solid state fair. I don't know that there is butter sculpting, but the cheese is delicious. Also, some of the county fairs have their own appeal. I've heard good things about the Walworth County Fair.
