    Milk is both heavily regulated and heavily subsidized. A year ago the dairy farmers were asking for a handout because there was a huge surplus of milk, now milk is too expensive. You’d pay a lot more if dairy farmers weren’t getting checks from the government and buying subsidized grains to feed their animals. Personally, I’m in favor of cutting all of those subsidies. My tax dollars shouldn’t go to dairy farmers.
