Clouthier is naive at best, and a fool at worst. With the sole exception of Cubans, Hispanics track liberal on every single issue polled. They’re overwhelmingly in favor of big government. As for the “Oh, they’re Catholics, so they’re natural conservatives”, this is no more valid than it is for black voters, who have high church attendance, and yet have high crime, divorce, abortion, and government dependence. And Hispanics? Number Two on the abortion train.
